Where do you ship?

We only ship within Malaysia. For international orders, please contact HQ at +60162959048

What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?

The only shipping option we offer is by Ninjavan Courier. Standard shipping rate is RM8 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia.

When will my order ship?

All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once picked up from our HQ, Ninjavan commits to deliver your package in 1 to 3 business days within West Malaysia, depending on the distance. Shipments to East Malaysia arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at +60162959048. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Where's my parcel?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your parcel was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at +60162959048. We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products.

What is your return policy?

Returns and/or refunds are only offered for brand new, unopened items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it. Items that have been opened may be denied a refund or exchange.

Only items that were purchased directly from will be accepted. For all products that were purchased through one of our authorized sellers, please contact them directly for assistance.

Can I exchange a product?

If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another JELITÅ.KL™ product of equal value.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items.

FAQ - Product

Do your products have expiration dates?

Yes, because our products are cosmetics they all have expiration dates. Our expiration dates are located on the bottom of each product.

All JELITÅ.KL™ products have a shelf life of 2 years (1 year after opening) except for:

Rose Clay Mask - 2 years (6 month after opening)

All skin care products have a PAO, or period-after-opening date that is printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All JELITÅ.KL™ product packaging is recyclable.

Are your products safe for all ages?

Yes, all our products are safe for all ages. However, we don’t recommend to use our products on small children. Always patch test first before using our products.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we do not test our products on animals.

Are your products all-natural/organic?

We believe that not all all-natural ingredients are effective or safe for skin. Although we aim to make sure that our products are as natural as possible, with a twist of science, we formulate our products regardless of their natural or synthetic status as long as they are safe to use.

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant / nursing?

Our entire product line is safe for pregnant/nursing women. We always advice to check with your doctor before using any of our products.
